Voice ID: knows who is speaking
Your colleague can tell voices apart. In meetings and phone calls it labels who said what, picking up names when people are introduced. Mid-conversation, just say "I have Mark with me" and it talks to Mark as Mark. With consent, voices are saved to a private vault, and if it hears a voice that is not yours it will not share your email or anything personal.
No card needed to start.
Why it matters
Better notes, fairer actions
Every point and task is tied to the person who said it.
Collaborate naturally
Colleagues can join a conversation and the agent keeps up with who is who.
A personal security layer
Someone picking up your phone cannot ask your colleague for your private information.
Just ask
Say it or type it. Your colleague does the rest.
What you get
- Meeting notes and call transcripts labelled by speaker, named when people are introduced
- Speaker 1, Speaker 2 and so on when nobody is named
- Actions and tasks assigned to the right person from meetings and calls
- Bring someone into a live voice chat and the agent addresses them by name
- Voices only saved after the person says yes, kept in a private voice vault
- Recognises a voice that is not the account owner and keeps personal information locked
- Processed on our own UK servers, with saved voices deletable at any time in your profile
