Hold to talk, phone bookings and smarter email
Voice that copes with busy places, bookings your agent makes by phone, and distribution list emails.
- VoiceHold to talk in busy placesTap the hand icon on the voice screen and your agent only listens while you hold the button. On phones, a new noise filter also tunes out voices further away.
- ChatKeep typing while your agent worksSend more messages while it's busy. They're queued and handled together when it finishes.
- NewBookings made by phone in My bookingsWhen your agent rings a venue, the booking lands in My bookings and your calendar with the call recording. Moves and cancellations tidy up the old booking for you.
- InboxDistribution list emailsEmails sent to lists like service@ are included, and your agent tells you which list each one came through. It now checks every folder too.

Better voice, mini sites and a new orb
Our biggest update yet to voice and reading, plus new tools.
- VoiceSmoother voice callsFewer pauses, automatic reconnect and a "Still working" cue during longer tasks.
- VoiceReading that keeps your placeJump to another chapter, then say "go back to where we were". Ask to go back a paragraph, repeat, or find a scene.
- VoiceVoice ID and setup wizardA short guided setup so your agent recognises your voice.
- Look and feelThree-colour orbBlue when listening, purple when thinking, teal when speaking. Enterprise admins can set their own colours in Settings, Branding.
- NewMini sites and presentationsAsk your agent to build a page, report or mini website. It is built in the background with branded screenshots, and you are told when it is ready.
- NewSee why your agent did somethingEach answer and action keeps a record of its sources and steps, viewable from Settings.
- ChatBetter chatSend up to 6 photos at once, a tidier text box, and pasting no longer sends by itself.
