What agents can do
Agents can read and prepare work, such as checking your tasks, drafting messages and managing contacts. Agents can also read and send Team Messages to colleagues, organise your inbox (flag, pin, mark read or unread, delete and restore conversations) and look up who to email. Agents can also read mileage trips and claims, travel and hotel expenses, expense reports, dashboards and the spending policy, and record a travel expense. Approving payments and other sensitive actions always stay with you.
Requests from agents show under From AI agents (MCP) on the same page.
Agents can also read your bookings with list_bookings, including bookings your agent made by phone (with the call reference), and what's new in Epicurus Pro with list_whats_new.
