My bookings
See all your flights, hotels, restaurants and other bookings in one place.

Travel → My bookings shows every booking in one list: flights booked in Epicurus Pro, venue bookings your agent made, and bookings you or your agent saved.
Upcoming and past
Upcoming bookings show first, with the date, reference and how long until it starts. Switch to Past to see earlier trips.
Ask your agent
- "What bookings have I got coming up?"
- "Save my hotel booking: Hilton Manchester, 3 to 5 November, reference ABC123"
- "Remove the Friday dinner booking"
When your agent books a venue for you, it offers to save it to My bookings.
API and MCP
Developers can read bookings with GET /v1/bookings or the list_bookings MCP tool. Each booking includes its status (confirmed, moved or cancelled), booked_by (for example agent_phone_call) and, for phone bookings, the call_id.
Booked by phone
Bookings your agent made by ringing a venue show a 📞 Booked by phone tag, the drop-off or arrival notes and a Listen to the call link. Moved bookings show Moved and cancelled ones show Cancelled, so only the live booking stays in Upcoming.
Search and filters
Search by venue, reference or notes, filter by type, and show bookings within a week or within a month, on both the Upcoming and Past tabs.
