Fleet vehicles and fleet managers
Manage company vehicles across your organisation.

Admins can mark team members as fleet managers. Fleet managers see every vehicle marked as Company (never personal cars), who drives it, its full journey history, reminders and accidents.
Import a fleet from CSV
Fleet managers can upload a CSV of vehicles under My Garage > Fleet vehicles > Import. Your agent adds each vehicle to the right team member and chases them every few days for any missing details.
Company vehicles also appear on the team member's profile so you can see who has which car.
