Create documents, decks and designed brochures
Real PDF, Word, PowerPoint and Excel files, plus fully designed brochures, reports, decks and one-pagers.
Updated 13 October 2026
Your agent can make real files you can download, edit and send:
- PDF: letters, quotes, reports, anything final.
- Word (.docx): letters, reports, proposals and minutes you want to keep editing.
- PowerPoint (.pptx): presentations with a title slide, content slides and speaker notes. Asking for Keynote gives you a .pptx, which opens straight in Keynote.
- Excel (.xlsx): tables with a branded header row and working formulas such as totals.
How to ask
Just say what you need, for example "Write a formal letter to John Smith at 1 High Street confirming Monday's meeting, as a PDF" or "Make me a 6 slide deck on our Q4 plan". The agent writes the content, builds the file and gives you a download link in the chat.
Branding
Files use your company logo, colour and font from Settings → Branding, plus the tone of voice in the Brand kit. Letters are signed with your name, job title and the sign-off from My profile → My agent.
Checking and changes
Every file is checked automatically after it is built (empty pages, overloaded slides, empty sheets) and fixed before you get it. Want changes? Just say "make slide 3 shorter" or "add a VAT column".
Finding your files
Everything the agent makes is listed under Documents in the left menu. Only you can open your files, and you can delete them there.
Share a document
Open any document and press Share to send it by WhatsApp, email, or any app on your phone using the share sheet.
Designed brochures, reports and decks
For anything you want to impress with, ask for a designed document. The agent builds a fully laid-out PDF with a cover page, chapters, stats, feature cards, tables, quotes, timelines and a back page, all in your branding.
- Brochure: A4 landscape, ideal for clients and presentations.
- Deck: 16:9 slides as a PDF.
- Proposal or report: A4 portrait.
- One-pager: a single A4 sheet.
It can add charts (bar, line, pie or donut) from your figures, pictures it creates for you or images you link, and live screenshots of a website. Try "Make a brochure about our facilities service with a chart and some pictures" or "Turn these sales figures into a designed report".
You get a View pages link to preview every page, plus a download link. The agent checks for pages that are too full or pictures that would not load and fixes them first. Ask for changes the same way, for example "make the cover photo a store front" or "add a pricing page".
