Dashboards & sites
Ask your agent to build a live dashboard, report or web page, and share it privately or publicly.

Your agent can build dashboards, reports and simple web pages for you. Find them under Dashboards & sites in the menu.
Build one
Ask your agent, for example:
- "Build me a sales dashboard from our CRM and share it with the board."
- "Make a page showing this month's mileage claims by person."
The agent builds the page, can pull live data from your connected apps and custom API connections, and refreshes it on a schedule.
Who can see it
Each page has one of three settings:
- Private: only you, signed in.
- Secure: shared with named people. They enter their email and get a one-time code before it opens.
- Public: anyone with the link.
Ask the agent to change who can see it, rename it, or update it at any time.
Switching it on
Admins can switch Dashboards & sites on or off for each person in Settings › Team.
Presentations and mini websites
Ask your agent for a pitch, presentation or mini website, for example "Build a mini site introducing our team to Frasers". Include who it is for and what it should cover.
- It is built in the background in your company branding, and you get a message with the link when it is ready, usually within a few minutes.
- Screenshots of Epicurus Pro are added automatically in your branding, with personal details blurred.
- To change it, just ask: "Add a pricing section" or "Retake the screenshots".
