Connect your facilities management tool

Turn on the Facilities area and let your agent log and manage jobs.

An admin connects your facilities management tool in settings, either with a login or with API keys. Once connected, Facilities appears in the left bar.

Team members signed in at a location only see jobs for their location. Facilities department users see every job.
