Engineer arrival, chasing and sign-off

How a job is completed and approved.

  1. When the engineer is on the way, the store manager is notified and can follow them on a map.
  2. On arrival the engineer scans the store's QR code, and the arrival time is confirmed from their location.
  3. If they haven't arrived 30 minutes after they should have (admins can change this), your agent chases them.
  4. When the work is done the engineer uploads photos or video and marks the job complete.
  5. Any manager at the store can sign it off from the app or email. If they reject it, they give a reason and can add photos or video.
