Suppliers, coordinators and engineers
Add the companies and engineers who carry out your work.

Add a supplier under Suppliers / contractors, just as you add a location. There's no charge for a supplier, only for each engineer added to it.
- Supplier admins see all their engineers and the org jobs in progress or outstanding.
- Coordinators are notified of new jobs, choose the engineer and can see a live map of where engineers are.
- Engineers accept the job and get the address, fault, photos, contact details and store access times.
Facilities managers are told who was sent and can override that choice.
